Reports
The Reports page provides you with data visualizations to help monitor the technical performance and business metrics of APIs, Packages, Plans, endpoints, and developers.
You can access reports to:

View technical API performance data
-
View developer activity
-
View and analyze the API call latency
-
View and analyze error responses
Only Administrator and Reports User roles can access the Reports tab.
The Reports User has role-based access to the Control Center resources. Refer to Organization Control Center Roles for more information about Control Center visibility for Reports User.
Download Reports
You can download all reports in CSV files by clicking the Download CSV button. This downloads the data in the report as a plain text file with commas separating values. All spreadsheet and database management software support the downloaded file with .csv extension.
